- The cell consists of 2 MIG welding robots with machines, 2 Servo Slide and 2 Manipulators.
- The Servo Manipulator rotates the underframe 1800 with accuracy of less than 1 arc min
- The manipulator size is 4 mtrs x 3 mtrs with turning weight capacity of 3000 Kgs
- The complete welding length in each fixture is 235 mtrs
- The plate sizes for welding are upto 12 mm
- The Welding fixture is with Hydraulic clamps
- The fixtures and the process is defined for minimum distortion in welding.
- The Complete cell ensures proper penetration and throat gap as defined by the customer for quality welding.
